Upon arriving to the room, there was a used condom in front of the door. The room had a bad odor. A mouse ate through my bad of chips while I was out getting food. I would never stay at this place again. I couldn't even sleep because I was scared that I was going to get bitten by something.
we have stayed here many times and beds are comfortable. hot water seems to take forever each time and shower drain was plugged this last time
A/C was VERY loud!! Called front desk and he wanted to switch us to a double bed but, we wanted the king. So I had told him no we would stay. So his reply was “don’t complain in the morning trying to get a refund.” I thought that comment was so rude I understand I turned down your offer to move to another room but, his only concern was that I didn’t complain the next day. Also the shower was old had cigarette burns all around the tub.
The staff members at the front desk are very help full, is convenient located near shopping malls, super market and a few fast restaurants plus all mayor routes, 95 n, 95s, 295n, 295s, 73n,73s and a few more only 10 min away from philly..
The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. The gentleman who checked us in spent quite a bit of time helping us connect to the wifi and the gentleman who was on in the morning was personable, friendly. Room was nice and clean, great value!
